Definition
Capital Investments are initiatives MAXELIT funds and manages or co-manages as an active investor where it has full or partial authority on how these monies are being put to work.
Process
MAXELIT can invest in different initiatives that can be a result of the following: acquiring and merging an IT business, an opportunity identified to build a product for the marketplace, advising startups or small businesses at any stage, mentoring IT students, an agreement to give back to the community as a form of sponsorship such as events or support groups, an initiative to communicate a subject for the greater good, etc.
