DBSA Solution
The DBSA Solution is a custom system based on Microsoft Power Platform to streamline business processes and lower operational costs. It is custom built for the Depression and Bipolar Support Alliance, a nonprofit organization who supports people with mood disorders.
This solution allows DBSA Chapters to keep their information up to date and track its support groups, members, meetings, attendance, events and documents. In addition, it provides directors, support group facilitators and members with event and meeting reminders while automating constant follow ups. It also provides directors with a dashboard report that shows them insights on how their chapter is performing overall and/or by support group for compliance purposes.
This Microsoft Power Platform solution has been built using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint. This solution can only be accessed via a Microsoft 365 tenant, Book Us for a private demonstration and show you how to implement these solutions in your organization.
DBSA GPT
The DBSA GPT is an AI Agent based on Open AI ChatGPT. It provides information related to DBSA such as company information, support groups and educational resources. In addition, it provides a Wellness Assessment tool for user to assess their overall health. It connects to an external API to send assessment results by email.
Once you have logged in the ChatGPT website you can search for the DBSA GPT by clicking on the "GPTs" option.
